(June 8, 2021) The DFG became a signatory of DORA - to date, 20,134 individuals and institutions have signed. "The Declaration on Research Assessment (DORA) recognizes the need to improve the ways in which researchers and the outputs of scholarly research are evaluated." (Starting September 1, 2021) Matthew Larkum (A04/Z), Roland Jochem (TU Berlin), and Tim Landgraf (FU Berlin) will team up in the 2-year pilot project Open Make. Towards open and FAIR hardware. The project aims to develop new methods, guidelines, and standards relevant to investigating and publishing Open Hardware in an academic context. Our Data Curator Julien Colomb will be key in the granted work. Congratulations!
